Framing as craft: how you turn personal, professional, and organizational upheaval into growth through deliberate reframing.
Request a free initial consultation"Change is what we make of it: if we avoid it, it remains a threat. If we embrace it, it becomes our greatest opportunity."

I know change from many angles: from my own life phases where everything suddenly had to be rearranged – for instance through the loss of a life partner, whether through an accident or years of caregiving through illness – as well as from accompanying executives through corporate crises and teams navigating their own valley of tears, and individuals pursuing personal transformation. However different these situations are, one thing connects them: without a shift in perspective, there is no getting from A to B. Enabling exactly that shift is what drives me – with the right questions, genuine listening, and the trust that people find their own true answers. But insight alone changes nothing: what ultimately counts is putting that insight into action – in everyday life, in teams, in one's own behavior. When that succeeds, the reward shows itself at the end of a successful process – when a client leaves the final session with a smile.
My story →25 years of experience across a wide range of roles within a DAX-listed corporation, in-depth psychological training, and several turning points of my own along the way: I know the perspective I coach from, firsthand.
You gain clarity where there used to be uncertainty – through a view of the underlying connections, not just the problem. Solution-oriented, systemic, effective.
I meet you at eye level and trust that the answers already lie within you. My job: to ask the right questions and support you where change truly takes hold.
Insight alone changes nothing. What matters is that new steps become routines that hold – measurably, tangibly, beyond the coaching itself.

"In workshops with highly mixed groups – from top management to assembly-line staff – she managed to win everyone's trust: as a competent, fair, and results-driven facilitator." — Executive, leadership culture workshop series
"Her insights, food for thought, and belief in me helped me enormously to reposition myself. The word 'thank you' only partly captures what I feel." — Coaching client
