1. Privacy at a glance

General information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can personally identify you. For detailed information, please refer to the privacy policy below.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing is carried out by the site operator. Her contact details can be found in the "Controller" section below.

How do I collect your data?
Some data is collected because you provide it to me – for example via the contact form. Other data is collected automatically when you visit the site, in particular technical data such as browser type, operating system, or access time.

What do I use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors; another part is used to process your inquiry.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right, at any time, to receive free information about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data, as well as the right to have this data corrected, blocked, or deleted, and to restrict its processing. You can revoke consent you have given at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by the following provider:

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany

The personal data collected when you visit this website (including IP addresses, contact inquiries, meta and communication data, website access) is stored on ALL-INKL.COM's servers. Details can be found in ALL-INKL.COM's privacy policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/.

This is done in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of this online service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to fulfil contractual obligations towards prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.

3. General information and mandatory disclosures

Data protection

I take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially, in accordance with statutory requirements and this policy. Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. via email) can have security gaps; complete protection against third-party access is not possible.

Controller

Angela Baucke · Go4yourGrowth
Preziosastr. 3a, 81927 Munich
Phone: +49 89 70099662
Email: info@go4yourgrowth.com

The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Retention period

Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this policy, your data will remain with me until the purpose for processing no longer applies. In the event of a legitimate deletion request or revocation of consent, your data will be deleted unless legal retention periods prevent this.

Legal basis

Where you have given consent, I process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time. Where data is required to fulfil a contract or for pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Processing may additionally be based on my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients of personal data

I only pass on personal data if this is necessary to fulfil a contract, if I am legally obliged to do so, or if there is a legitimate interest. Where processors are used (e.g. hosting), a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place in each case.

Revocation and objection

You can revoke any consent given at any time; the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the revocation remains unaffected. Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to complain, data portability, access & deletion

In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You also have the right to data portability, and to free information, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your data. Please contact me at any time regarding these matters.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in the address bar and the padlock icon in your browser.

4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, access time, and IP address. This data is not combined with data from other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free provision of the website).

Contact form

If you send me an inquiry via the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally phone number, message) are stored with me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the inquiry is pre-contractual or contract-related, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing) or your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your data remains with me until you request deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies.

Inquiry by email or phone

If you contact me by email or phone, your inquiry, including any personal data resulting from it, is stored for the purpose of processing your request. I do not pass this data on without your consent.

Cookies and consent

This website uses cookies or comparable technologies (e.g. localStorage) only where they are technically necessary or where you have consented. Non-essential cookies – in particular for web analytics with Google Analytics – are only set after you have consented via our consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link.

Consent management with vanilla-cookieconsent

To obtain and document your consent, this website uses a self-hosted consent management tool (vanilla-cookieconsent). It is served directly from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties. Your consent decision is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). Setting this entry is technically necessary within the meaning of Section 25 (2) TDDDG.

Google Analytics 4

Subject to your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics analyses user behaviour (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, origin of visits) using cookies. The collected information is usually transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

This is based solely on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no personal analytics data is transferred. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; on withdrawal the cookies set by Google Analytics (including _ga, _gid) are deleted. IP anonymisation is enabled. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

5. Plugins and display

This website uses self-hosted web fonts (Cormorant Garamond and Source Sans 3). The font files are served exclusively from my own server – there is no connection to external font providers such as Google Fonts, so your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
